PRS CE 24-08 Swamp Ash Limited Edition – A Bolt-On Beast with Serious Versatility
This rare Swamp Ash CE 24-08 isn’t just another pretty guitar—it’s a stage- and studio-ready tone machine built to handle anything you throw at it. The lightweight swamp ash body gives it that punchy, articulate snap in the highs, balanced by a tight low end that stays defined even under gain. Paired with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood board, it’s a lively, responsive feel that cuts through the mix without losing its soul.
Where this one really shines is in its flexibility. Loaded with PRS’s 85/15 pickups and a clever coil-splitting setup (a 3-way toggle plus dual mini-toggles), you’ve got access to eight distinct voices—from thick, modern humbuckers to crystalline single coils—and even a dual single coil mode for strat-like sparkle. All of this is wrapped up with 24 frets on PRS’s comfortable 25” scale, and their Pattern Thin carve for speed and ease up and down the neck
This limited-edition version adds a refined visual twist to a proven platform—and if you’re after a guitar that does everything well, with zero compromises, the CE 24-08 Swamp Ash is it.
