The PRS S2 Custom 24-08 Sprayer’s Choice builds on the legendary PRS Custom 24 platform with added switching flexibility for players who need one guitar to do more. Comfortable, balanced, and fast in hand, it carries everything that made the model a modern classic. This example is a Sprayer’s Choice, meaning the PRS master finish artist was given creative freedom to create something outside the standard catalog, resulting in a truly one of a kind instrument.
The finish on this one is exceptional. The top moves from deep purple into rich gold sparkle through a perfectly executed fade that feels seamless from one colour to the next. There is no harsh line or abrupt change, just a smooth transition that shows serious skill and attention to detail. Under light, the sparkle comes alive. The neck carries the same fade finish treatment, which looks incredible from the back, while the matching headstock completes a fully realized custom piece.
With a maple top, mahogany body and neck, rosewood fretboard, and PRS TCI pickups, this guitar delivers clear lows, focused mids, smooth highs, and excellent sustain. The 3-way switch and dual mini toggles unlock everything from full humbucker power to brighter single-coil style tones, making this Sprayer’s Choice as versatile as it is beautiful.
